The Greek street food restaurant “The Athenian” has been awarded the title of Best Restaurant in the UK by food delivery giant Deliveroo at the Deliveroo Restaurant Awards, held virtually on Monday.

Founded by Efthymios Vasilakis and Neofytos Christodoulou, born and raised in Greece and Cyprus, respectively, The Athenian serves up the very best of all the Greek street foods — souvlaki — using authentic recipes and the highest quality ingredients.
