According to information from the Turkish News Agency Anadolu, at least 22 migrants, including children, died on Sunday and 11 more were seriously injured after a truck that was carrying them overturned.
Many ambulances arrived at the scene of the tragedy.
The truck left from the Aydin province and was heading toward the city of Izmir when it was overturned in the district of Menderes.
The cause of the fatal accident is still unknown.
