London-based swimwear and beachwear boutique Paolita, originally launched in 2010 by Greek-Mexican businesswoman Anna Paola Papaconstantinou, is now the absolute destination for all international fashion trend-setters.
Exclusive boutiques and resorts in over 20 countries across the globe steadily choose to host her distinctive swimwear pieces, standing out for their eye-catching designs and exclusive prints, while they are often featured in magazines such as Elle, Grazia, Marie Claire and Vogue.
The woman “signing” Paolita’s creative management lived in Greece until she was 17 years old. She then decided to leave her homeland to study psychology and fashion.
Papaconstantinou recently shared her thoughts about her country and potential return with Fortune magazine: “I would be happy to go back to Greece, if only I could know that my company would be able to operate in a stable environment, the same way as in the UK, without the hurdles of Greek bureaucracy.”
