When answering the question of Papanicolaou concerning the adequacy of the EU regulatory framework for electronic communications networks and services. At the same time, she welcomed the fact that some Member States, including Greece, have allowed users to test the speed of data transmission of their broadband connection.

Papanikolaou declared that Greece is one of the few EU members that have developed an online tool for the quality of electronic communications services.
