The President of the Greek Republic, Karolos Papoulias, will make an official visit to Poland on July 8-9, according to the Presidency’s announcement.
During the first day, Papoulias will hold talks with his counterpart, Bronislaw Komorowski, and with the country’s political leadership.
On the second day, he will visit the Nazi concentration camps Auschwitz-Birkenau out of Krakow, in order to pay tribute to the victims of the Nazi atrocities.
Papoulias will be accompanied by Development Minister, Kostis Hatzidakis, Education Minister, Constantinos Arvanitopoulos, Tourism Minister, Olga Kefalogianni, and Foreign Deputy Minister, Dimitris Kourkoulas.
