Greek Tourism Makes Pitch in London

The General Secretariat of the National Tourism Organization (EOT) Nikos Karahalios, referred to the promotional campaign of Greece, which will take on a new communicative approach in 2013.

During a press interview, Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni presented the benefits of traveling to Greece and the brand name of Greek Tourism. She answered journalists’ questions referring to the ministry’s new goals, highlighting the development of new products, such as sea and medical Tourism and infrastructure improvement in order that tourism services become more attractive.

During her stay in London, Kefalogianni has also planned to give a series of interviews to English Media such as CNBC, Blomberg, BBC, Euronews and Travel Channel.

In the International Exhibition in London, the EOT pavilion is 813 square meters. The Greek participation in the exhibition is supported by 36 Greek exhibitors and benefactors including GEPOET, HATTA, Attica Hoteliers Association, EBEA as well as many other tourism enterprises.
