The deputy of the Russian Parliament (Duma), Coordinator of the Parliamentary Committee on the relations with Greece, Ivan Savvidis, was elected for a third consecutive time, as the President of the Federation of Greek Community Associations in Russia (AGOOR).
The decision was taken during the conference of the Federation, which took place on July 9th in the city Rostov on Don. The 82 delegates of 41 Greek associations in Russia, voted in the new 21 member Board of Directors of the Federation. The Federation joined 15 new associations and Greek communities, among them the community of the city Norilsk (North Pole).
