A big honor was given to the Greek basketball team Bc Hellenen Munchen, founded 1966 in Munchen. The team won the pangermanic Basket Award for its fast development the last years (from 60 members to 204), and for the creation of many youth teams U8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20 but mostly for the composure of the teams and the Presiding board. It has athletes from 34 different countries. One of the most popular basket ball magazines in Germany had a relative publication about the Greek team in its columns.
