Multiple casualties are reported after German police confirmed that shots were fired at a large Munich shopping center and officers responded in large numbers Friday evening.
“There is a major police operation under way in the shopping center,” Munich police said on Twitter, without elaborating.
There are no details on who was responsible for the shooting.
German media is reporting that some people have been killed and more have been injured as shots were fired at the Olympia Shopping Center in Munich.
