Kleeman Elevators Sets Up Moscow Branch

kleimannA Greece-based company engaged in the manufacture and trade of complete elevator systems, Kleemann Hellas, is opening a subsidiary company in Moscow, Kleemann Lifts Rus, aimed at extending its presence in a an important and promising market.

For two years now, the company has had a representative office in Moscow. The Russian market has had a huge increase of 77% growth. The initial capital of the new subsidiary amounts to 10 million rubles ($331,400) and the shareholders are the subsidiary of Kleemann in Cyprus, Kleemann International Holdings Limited (99.5%) and Koukountzos N. Nikolaos (0.5%), General Manager and shareholder of the parent company.

According to Reuters, in accordance with a Russian law, the creation of LTDs with sole proprietorship is prohibited. The new company targets its extending in complete elevator systems market and promoting an overall product range of the Group in the countries of the former Soviet Union.

Kleemann has three subsidiaries in Turkey, Romania, Serbia, England, Hong-Kong and China and three representation offices in Poland, Germany and Dubai.
