Greek Minister of Tourism Olga Kefalogianni traveled to Berlin to meet with political, tourist and media representatives and boost her country’s hopes of attracting more visitors to help offset a crushing economic crisis.
Kefalogianni also met with representatives of the German Finance Ministry, although a scheduled meeting with the German Deputy Finance Minister was cancelled due to accident he suffered.
She was scheduled to meet with Deputy Labour Minister Hans-Joachim Fuchtel, German Tour Operators, representatives of the Federation of German Industries as well as some German media representatives.
