A Greek to Buy London’s Smallest Flat

This may be the smallest flat in London

This should be the smallest flat in London. It is barely the size of a small room, but its location right opposite Harrods in Knightsbridge makes up for its tiny size.

The studio is approximately 75 Sq Ft within Princess Court, a prestigious building. The property is new on the market with Hunters in Marylebone for £89,950, and sits on the eighth floor of the 24 hours porter residential Prince’s Court.

Matthew Fine, Director of the Hunters branch on Baker Street said to the Daily Mail: “I can stand in the middle of the room and touch the walls. This is, however, a great little buy – premium location, quirky and at a price unheard of in this part of London.”

Somehow its previous owners have managed to squeeze into it a bed, kitchenette, shower and toilet. The property has already had 100 viewings and a dozen offers after being advertised online last weekend at £89,000. According to the real estate agency that is selling the flat, the most likely winning bid comes from a Greek investor.

There is speculation that previous owners may have acquired it simply because it comes with a valuable Kensington & Chelsea parking permit.
