The visitors of the exhibition “Tastes of Europe 2012″, which is held in the National Palace of Culture in Sofia, will have the chance to taste first hand Greek products and Greek cuisine. The exhibition opened its doors Sept. 26 and will remain open until Sept. 30. The Greek participation is under the auspices of the Greek Office for Tourism and the Greek Embassy.
Nine countries will present their national cuisine along with exhibitions of flavor testing. The European organization of chefs, Euro-Toques, will contribute to presenting well known restaurants. In an effort to boost tourism along with the presentation of Greek cuisine and hospitality, the Democratic Organization of Education and Culture will present live traditional dances and will be accompanied by a popular music band on Sept. 29
