BBC Panorama is presenting yet another documentary feature on Greece and the ongoing crisis on July 4th. Entitled “Life and Debt: A Greek Tragedy” the documentary will be broadcasted on BBC 1.
British reporter John Humphrys, who has developed over the last twenty years very close ties with Greece and whose son and grandchildren live in the debt-ridden country, interviews several Greeks and takes a deeper look into the harsh everyday life of the ordinary people, and how it has been shaped by the austerity policies of the EU, ECB and IMF.
