Skopje Stamp Spells ‘Macedonia’ Wrong

The Skopje stamp exhibits enormous diplomatic skills. It appears to have given a tricky yet effective solution to the year-lasting “Macedonian” issue. Well, we hoped that it was true, but what is described is actually nothing but a parody.

The FYROM post published a series of stamps depicting the member-states of the EU. The stamp referring to Skopje is an anagram of the word Macedonia, where the letter “e” vanishes. So Skopje is written as “Macdonia.” It could have been a respectable compromise on behalf of the neighboring country, but unfortunately that’s not how it was.

The new stamps depict “Макдонија” (Macdonia) instead of the desired “Македонија” (Macedonia), since no one noticed that the letter “e” was missing. The Skopje post is now receiving strong criticism for its huge, unacceptable mistake.

Skopje media seem to have found the culprit in a post employee of Albanian origin. They imply that his action was deliberate, since – as reported – he consciously made that spelling mistake.

  1.  Macedonians are Dorians by race just like the Lakonians.

The Skopjians can think they are Macedonians but they never will be
the real Macedonians just like i am. A Greek from the province or state
    of Makedonia.

And just to educate you a little bit, Skopje was founded by the
Romans. And so it belongs to Italy is that not so. So your statues
should be of Julius Ceasar and Nero.

It is so sad that instead of spending your tax payers money of
improving your schools and hospitals you spend it on silly lies to lie
to yourselves that you are something you are not.

We know what is the problem with our governement and the mess they
have put us all in, but at least we are aware of the problem and we are
    going to deal with it.

Alexander = Alex (helper) Ander (man) = helper of men (a Greek name and words).

Pomochnikchovek = helper of man in the Slavic language, so your Skopjan Alexader is Veliko Pomochnikchovek.

Philipos = Phili (freind) ipos (horse) = freind of horses ( a Greek name and words).

Prijatelkoin = friend of horses in the Slavic language, so your Skojan Philipos is Prijatelkoin.

So i really see the similarity between the ancient Greek Macedonian language and the Slavic Skopjan language of today.
