German Intelligence Service Admits tο Mistakes in Neo-Nazi Murders Case

The Federal Intelligence Service of Germany admitted today that it has made some mistakes during the neo-Nazi trio investigations, who are charged with the murders of 8 Turkish and 1 Greek shop owners in Germany within the years 2000 and 2006.

The three murderers’ case had troubled the German authorities for quite a long time and terrorized minorities around Germany before the police finally tracked them down. Two of the accused were found dead after allegedly killing themselves, while the third member is in custody.

German officers claimed that they are now trying to improve their investigation and research practices after having successfully linked the 9 murders to the neo-Nazi group. In the meantime, Interior and Justice Ministers of the country met on November 18 in Berlin in order to further discuss and elaborate on the fight against the neo-Nazi expanding threat.

“There are far too many reasons why our communication lines and the current organization methods regarding far-right extremist movements must be improved” reporter the Intelligence Service.

The Service is responsible for gathering information and evidence on neo-Nazis, Islamists, far-left extremists and foreign countries’ agents active in German ground.
