Cyprus is ranked fourth for cocaine use in the EU, while heroin use figures are also steadily rising each year.
These are the shocking figures presented in the annual report 2011 released on November 15 in Lisbon by the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction (EMCDDA).
EMCDDA is responsible for presenting the latest data and commentary on the drug situation across the 27 EU Member States, Croatia, Turkey and Norway.
