The Tomb of Apostle Philip Found in Turkey

The tomb of Apostle Philip, one of the 12 disciples of Jesus Christ, has been found in Hierapolis (Pamukkale), in Denizli Province in Turkey. Italian Professor Francesco D’Andria, head of the excavations that have been carried out for over 32 years in the ancient city of Denizli (Hierapolis), Turkey said on 27 July that they had found the tomb of Apostle Philip. Professor D’Andria pointed out that Apostle Philip, who came to Hierapolis (Pamukkale) to spread Christianity, was killed by the Romans.
