Cretan Cuisine Profiled in Switzerland

The newspaper of Lausanne “24 heures” highlights Cretan cuisine this month in Montreux, Switzerland. Three famous chefs of hotel “Elounda”, Antonis Petrellis, Nikos Zarzanis and Babis Kountouris will present their culinary skills at the restaurants of Montreux Royale Palace and Eden Palace au Lac, from March 14th until April 10th.  Cretan cuisine is described as one of the healthiest and most balanced diets in the world.

In addition, on Friday, the 25th of March, the Greek society “ESTIA”, invited by the foremost of Morges, presented aspects of history, places of interest, traditional dances, music and typical dishes of Dodecanese at Foyer of Theater Beausobre.

According to Tribune de Geneve, Switzerland is going to set another daily flight from Geneva to Athens, whereas its subsidiary company Edelweiss will connect Geneva with Heraklion, Rhodes, Kos, Mykonos and Santorini during the summer season.
