Britain wants Turkey to access the EU

The Prime Minister of Britain, David Cameron will visit Turkey next week for two days to conduct discussions concerning the Turkish candidature for accession to the EU.
During his visit on the 26th and the 27th of July, Cameron will meet his Turkish correspondent Recep Tayyip Erdogan to discuss about the bilateral relations, about international issues and of course, about the procedure of Turkish accession to the European Union, according to the Office of the Turksih Prime Minister.
The two leaders will sigh a modern version of a strategic partnership which defines the goals for a reinforcement of the bilateral cooperation. This text had been signed for the first time in 2007 when Recep Tayyip Erdogan visited London.
In Turkey with Cameron will be also the Foreign Minister of Britain.
