Book of Turkey’s FM translated into Greek

“Strategic Depth – The International Position of Turkey”, a book by Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu was translated into Greek.
Greek publishing house Piotita printed and distributed 7,000 copies of the 845-page book which was translated by Nikolaos Raptopulos. Piotita plans to start promotional activities for the book this fall.
Christos Giannaras, a philosophy professor from Pandeon University in Athens, recommended Greek people to read this book if they are interested seriously in historical continuity of Greece and the need for genius and ability of strategic thought to cope with the problem of continuity of a state.
“All the Greek people should read this book. It is a book by an opponent. Ahmet Davutoglu demands a large part of our country, the Aegean and Cyprus for his nation. However, I have never read such a book before which analyzes in a more impressive and explanatory way the geostrategic importance of the Aegean and Cyprus,” Giannaras said.
“Davutoglu knows very well what he is asking for,” he said.
